Part of the Friends Winter Talk series: Richard Thompson is Wildlife Rehabilitation Team Manager at the Mallydams Wood RSPCA Centre. Many herring gulls have passed through Richard’s care and he has accumulated a vast knowledge of this sometimes controversial bird and other gull species. Richard will provide us with some surprising statistics concerning the bird’s lifestyle and habits.

Meet at Winchelsea Beach Community Hall, Sea Rd, Winchelsea Beach TN36 4JZ.

Organised by the Friends of Rye Harbour Nature Reserve.

Open to all.
