An enchanting XVII century house at the end of a long private cinder track in the tranquil surroundings of its own land. Boonshill Farm overlooks Romney Marsh with its wild beauty and working farmland. We are situated off a quite country lane just outside the village of Iden, yet our local town Rye is only 5 minuets away, as is the 7 mile long sandy beach of Camber. The Cinque Port of historic Rye is picturesque, with it’s cobbled streets and ancient houses. Boonshill Farm has featured in Country Living magazine, Homes and Gardens magazine and the evening Standard Newspaper. It was chosen to appear in the TV programme Britain’s Best Homes.

The large luxurious bedrooms with modern en-suite bathrooms have panoramic views over the glorious countryside. Your day starts with a real farmhouse breakfast with eggs collected daily from the hens in the garden, the sausages and bacon also come from our own free range pigs. Our land is organically managed creating a haven for wildlife.
